RETURNS

We accept returns on new, unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of purchase.The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email, returns@janeandtheshoe.com, with your order # and item you would like to return, along with any additional information that we may need to identify your order.

 

When your return is processed we will issue you a return authorization label based on the information you provide. Shoes need to be returned in the original product packaging.

 

If you would like to make an exchange for a different product, please return your original purchase and repurchase the product that you would like. All returned items for an exchange must be in new and unworn condition. Exchanges are not guaranteed and is dependent on product availability. The buyer is responsible for the cost to return the item being exchanged.

 

Products that are purchased under "SALE" are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email returns@janeandtheshoe.com, along with your order number and pictures and we’ll take care of you.

 

If you placed an order through Amazon, please go through the returns process through your Amazon account.
